Critty Buenconsejo to Serve as New CEO
The Creative Housing|Creative Renovations Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Critty Buenconsejo was selected take over the organization’s CEO position upon the retirement of the current CEO Patrick Rafter as of the end of February.
Ms. Buenconsejo served as Creative Housing’s Director of Special Projects and Design where she oversees Creative Housing’s construction projects and residential renovations. Before joining Creative Housing, she had ten years of design, construction documentation, and project management experience working with architectural firms. Critty holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University. She also studied at Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. She is a Certified Graduate Builder, Certified Graduate Remodeler, and Certified Aging in Place Specialist. She holds memberships in the American Institute of Architects, National Association of Home Builders, National Fire Protection Association, International Code Council, and the Professional Women in Building Council.
Creative Housing Trustee Jerry Saunders noted the Board of Trustees had been planning for an executive leadership transition over the last 18 months.

Saunders continued, “we are pleased that Critty and Patrick will have time to work together to insure a smooth transition and we are excited to see Critty move into the CEO position.”
